Protective packaging
Each piece is packed carefully to protect crystals, botanicals, and the vessel in transit. Because the designs are dimensional and delicate, unpack slowly and keep all packaging until you have inspected the item.
Delivery estimates and rates
Available shipping services, estimated delivery times, and the final shipping cost are calculated at checkout for your destination. Carrier delays and customs processing can affect the estimate.
Tracking and address changes
Tracking is sent to the contact details used at checkout when available. Review your address before ordering and contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
Damage in transit
Report visible damage within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
